국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 스포츠지도자의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 직무소진 그리고 조직유효성의 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울·경기 지역의 스포츠센터 및 문화센터에 근무하는 생활체육 스포츠지도자 400명을 표집 대상으로 선정하여 회수된 380부 설문지 중 무 응답치나 응답 이상치 또는, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지를 38부를 제외한 총 342부의 자료를 본 조사의 데이터로 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN Program Ver. 23.0 통계패키지 프로그 램을 이용하여 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였 다. 분석 결과, 감정노동과 조직유효성의 관계를 분석한 결과 감정노동은 조직유효성에 긍정적인 영향, 감정노동과 직 무스트레스, 직무소진의 관계를 분석한 결과 감정노동은 직무스트레스와 직무소진에 부정적인 영향, 직무스트레스 및 직무소진과 조직유효성의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스와 직무소진은 조직유효성에 부정적인의 영향, 직무스트레 스와 직무소진의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스는 직무소진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job stress, job exhaustion and organizational effectiveness of life sports instructors. The subjects of this study were 380 questionnaires selected from 400 sports athletic and sports leaders in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces and selected questionnaires. The data of 342 persons excluding 38 were used as the data of this study. Data analysis was done using SPSS / WIN Program Ver. 23.0 Statistical package program was used to analyze frequency analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Cronbach's Alpha, Correlation Analysis, Covariance Structure Analysis. As a result of analyzing the relationship between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness, emotional labor has positive effects on organizational effectiveness, emotional labor, job stress, and job exhaustion, emotional labor has negative effects on job stress and job exhaustion, As a result of analyzing the relationship between job stress and job exhaustion and organizational effectiveness, the relationship between job stress and job exhaustion is negatively influenced by organizational effectiveness and job stress and job exhaustion. Job stress positively affects job exhaustion appear.
