This paper aims to identify some inconveniences of mobile banking UI because of the different types of systems. In detail, by investigating the information architecture and doing a usability test, this research seeks to propose a direction towards an integrated UI system and a better service environment where user needs are addressed. From the results of a usability test, the factors which cause the most errors are legibility, understanding and minimal use, in order of importance. In summary, first, the main screen needs to provide core information and functions so that users are able to find easily what they need. Second, when linking to the next or external pages, interactions and the UI need to be consistent for the user``s convenience and recognition. By integrating repeated functions and steps, it is also possible to reduce unnecessary steps. Lastly, for users to undertake tasks seamlessly, it is necessary to provide an appropriate UI according to each task phase and information about progress, including informative text for users to follow clearly what is happening. In conclusion, this study seeks to propose a direction for service improvement by embodying a wireframe as a way of integrating a mobile UI.
