교류분석(TA)의 자아상태 측정을 위한 한국형 Egogram 척도개발 = Development of Criterion of Korean Egogram for Measuring Ego-state in Transactional Analysis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was done with the aim to develop the criterion of Korean Egogram. After re-adjusting the initially developed 230 question items to 100 preliminary question items through the discussion with 5 TA counseling experts and verification procedures of contents feasibility, this research determined final 50 question items for this test by 10 items according to individual ego-state through the process of item analysis & exploratory factor analysis[EFA] based on two-time preliminary test. The 50 question items for this test went through due analysis formalities by collecting the data for 10,954 adult men and women on a national basis. As a result of analysis of the determined 50 question items, five factors was clearly classified as 10 question items respectively. and factor load volume for all items came out satisfactory showing more than .35. As a result of analysis of correlation analysis, independence of ego-state by function was confirmed as all showed correlation coefficient of .3 except NP and AC(=.359, <.01). The result of analysis of reliability showed that overall Cronbach coefficient was .813 while Cronbach coefficients for five factors stayed in the range from .750 to .829. The reliability coefficient revealed in the test & re-test conducted targeting 256 students at D University at Daegu at an interval of four weeks was .785 in overall criteria, while the reliability coefficient for the test & re-test of five factors was revealed to be in the range from .709 to .805. As a result of constative factor analysis[CFA], the newly developed factor model for Egogram criterion was confirmed in its feasibility in factors as the good one which can be generalized in new sampling as well. Considering the above-mentioned results, the newly developed Korean Egogram criterion is judged to measure the factors in ego-state more reliably and reasonably.
Lastly, the significance of this research and later research project were suggested.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국형 Egogram 척도를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 최초 개발된 230문항에 대해 교류분석상담 전문가 5인의 토론과 내용타당성 검증 절차를 거쳐 100문항의 예비문항을 확정한 후, 두 차례의 예비검사를 통한 문항분석과 탐색적요인분석(EFA)을 거쳐 각 자아상태별 10문항씩, 본검사용 최종 50문항을 확정하였다. 본검사용 50문항에 대해 전국 성인남녀 10,954명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 필요한 분석절차를 거쳤으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 탐색적요인분석(EFA) 결과 5개 요인이 10문항씩 명확히 분류되었으며, 모든 문항의 요인부하량이 .35이상으로 양호하게 나타났다. 상관관계분석 결과 NP와 AC(=.359, <.01)의 상관계수를 제외하고는 모두 .03이하의 상관계수를 보여 기능별 자아상태의 독립성이 확인되었다. 신뢰도 분석결과 척도 전체 Cronbach 계수는 .813이었고, 5개 요인의 Cronbach 계수는 .750∼.829로 나타났다. 대구 D대학 수강생 256명으로 대상으로 4주 간격의 검사-재검사 신뢰도 계수는 척도 전체가 .785이었고, 5개 요인의 검사-재검사 신뢰도 계수는 .709∼.805로 나타났다. 확인적요인분석(CFA)을 한 결과 새로 개발된 Egogram 척도의 요인 모형은 새로운 표집에 대해서도 일반화될 수 있는 좋은 모델로서 구인타당도가 확인되었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 새로 개발된 한국형 Egogram 척도는 자아상태 구인들을 신뢰롭고 타당하게 측정하는 것으로 판단된다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 추후 연구과제를 제시하였다.
