      Biodegradation of cruide oil at sea surface is limited with nutrients concentration. The limiting factors of cruide oil biodegradation in natural seawater have responsed to the addition of the nitrogen and phosphorus.
      Nutrients consisting of the ratio of 10 part ammonium chloride and 1 part of potassium phosphate were encapsuled with waxes (n-paraffin and bees wax as the wall materials).
