장애아통합보육지원센터 역할에 대한 욕구와 평가 = 순회자문교사와 장애전담교사 면담 내용 분석을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2006년 12월 - 2007년 11월 간 시행된 장애아통합보육지원센터 사업을 통한 장애 아동 통합보육 시설에의 영향도를 평가해 보고, 이를 바탕으로 질적인 통합보육 환경 조성에 대한 방향 정립과 통합보육지원센터의 역할 모델 구축을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 시행되었다. 실제 시행 내용 평가를 위해서 주요 참여 집단이며 서비스 제공자인 장애아통합보육지원센터의 순회자문교사와 서비스 수혜자인 통합보육시설의 장애전담교사 각 8명, 총 16명에 대한 면담을 실시하여 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 통합은 혜택 면에서 시행의 당위성을 가지며, 장애아통합보육지원센터와 순회자문교사는 통합보육시설과 장애전담교사에게 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 평가되었다. 반면 통합보육 실행의 어려운 요소와 통합보육을 지원하는 순회자문교사의 역할 정립은 할 과제로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 시급하게 시행되어야 하는 대책들과 토론이 필요한 과제 등이 논의 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

"Support Center for Inclusive Child -Care" Project had been implemented between December 2006- and November 2007. This research is to assess the effects of "Support Center for Inclusive Child-Care" Project to the inclusive child-care setting for children with special needs, to give the direction for developing a qualified inclusive child-care environment and to provide the basic data for building a role model.
In order to assess the actual implementation process and contents, total number of 16 teachers including 8 itinerant consultant teachers and 8 teachers for children with special needs who are not only the major participant group in this project but also the service providers were interviewed and the results of the interviews were analyzed.
As a result, in terms of its benefit, inclusion makes a case for its implementation, and "Support Center for Inclusive Child-Care" and the itinerant consultant teachers have been generally evaluated as positive influence to the inclusive child-care institutions and their teachers for children with special needs. On the contrary, some difficult elements in the implementation of inclusive child-care and the establishment of the role of itinerant consultant teachers appear to be challenges to be met. In order to solve these matters, some emergent countermeasures and tasks to be discussed were suggested.
