Objectives : This study was aimed to report a case of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) treated based on Sasang constitutional medicine.
Methods : The patient was diagnosed as Soyangin chest-heat congested symptomatology and treated with Sasang herbal medicine for GERD. Numeral Rating Scale(NRS) was used to observe changes of chief complaints.
Results and Conclusions : After treatment, the patient's chief complaints were relieved in NRS. Also, the patient's sleep disorder which caused by GERD was improved. This study shows that Sasang Constitutional herbal medicine can be effective to GERD.
