지역사회자본을 활용한 범죄예방에 관한 연구 -공경비와 민간경비의 협력방안을 중심으로- = A Study on Crime Prevention through Community Social Capital - Focusing on the Co-operation of The Public and The Private Security -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is concerned on how to minimizing and preventing of crime in the society through co-operating of the public and the public and the private security service.The characteristics of today' crimes are divesified, cpmplicatate crimes are divesified, cpmplicated, intellectualized, and cruelized. In this circumstance the public security service alone is not enough to prevent crime from increasing. And citizens are requiring more secure community with increasing life quality.In the western countries are well co-operated with functionally between the public and the private security service, but in my country's situation is different story. The main cause is on weak infrastructure of private security industry, but the other core reason is that police as the public security which has serviced long time exclusively in the centralized power is not allowing private security service as co-partner.In this perspective this paper is suggesting that the only combined crime prevention security system which consists in police service as public security and private security service would supply the improved quality security service for citizens who are demanding more secure community.
