      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

      The refined Joockrhyuk (Bambusae Caulis in Liguamen) showed the specific gravity of 1.010, pH of 2.51 and total organic acid of 1.17%. It tasted sour and colored lightly yellowish brown. Ten kinds of inorganic elements determined by ICP-MS, were detected from the Joockrhyuk. It has the total inorganic contents of 0.875 ppm. The concentration of iron was the highest in inorganic elements detected. and then concentration of inorganic elements increased as follows : Cu > Zn > Ca > Mg > Cr > Mn > Ni. The organic compounds were measured by GC-MS. The eight kinds of organic compounds with cps of 100,000 above were detected. Carbon compound detected in the initial stage of chromatogram. In the intermittent stage of chromatogram, propanol, butanol and acetic acid detected. For the final stage of chromatogram, furancarbox and aldehyde detected. The concentration of acetic acid was the highest in the organic compounds.
