스포츠 팀 발달 과정과 집단 응집력 및 팀 성과의 관계에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate two different stages of the development of the group through cohesion development of the Korea Academy soccer team.: early stage, established stage. To construct this study, 11 KAFA cadets registered for a soccer team. Data were collected by in depth interviews and participant observation and non-participant observation during the period from March, 2010 through May, 2010. The technique of constant comparative method was used to analyze the data. Based upon the result of the study, the following conclusions appear warranted: First, The categories of group cohesion was composed of task an d social cohesion in Air Force Academy soccer team. More specifically, social cohesion was characterized personal attraction and friendship, sense of belonging, solidarity of team, conformity of team norms. And task cohesion was characterized goal setting and team sucess, acceptance and performance of task role, teamwork and team stability task communication. Second, the group cohesion of cadet`s soccer team was more stabilized accordingly group development. Lastly, the group cohesion of cadet`s soccer team had effected on team success in competitive game.
