佛敎儀式에 있어서의 花藝의 役割에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Role of Floral Art in Buddist Ceremony

The art of flowers has been changed through the history of Korea. From ancient society there have been respects and loves for the beauty of flowers in human beings's mind and it was natural to present flowers to lovers or respective men and many efforts had beed done to sublimate the beauty of flowers.
The art of flowers of Korea was developed and sublimated from ancient society according to the characteristics of each dynasties affected by Buddhism.
Buddhism has its unique characteristics for each nations the developments of the art of flowers were strongly affected by Buddhism because the origin of the art of flowers created from Buddhistic cultures.
The aim of this paper is to estimate the effects of Buddhism which was main thoughts of Korean peoples from Shilla to Korye dynasty to developments and changes for the art of flowers.
