      It made every effort in order to reduce the carbon occurence of city. In the construction field, it is the low carbon method in which the energy and passive house. That among, the Green roofs and photovoltaic system are the method in which It is possible to do an application immediately in the building of the downtown area. The insulation effect by the vegetation and the energy saving and city climate improvement in which it can obtain from the Green roofs, the extraction of energy due to the PV application and it's the useful method acquiring the synergistic effect it installs each elements.
      Consequently, the application example of the advanced country is analyzed. The most of the buildings used the sedum class plants and PV systems are single-layer multiple array structure. The temperature of the roof surface top is decreased by the green roofs systems and the cooling action of the PV module is accelerated and it acts in the element in which it is positive about the PV efficiency.
