계산기를 이용한 초등수학수업의 교육적 효과에 관한 연구 : 초등학교 5학년을 중심으로 = The Study on Educational Effect of Elementary Mathematics Class Using Calculator: Centered on Fifth Grade Elementary Student

<Abstract>

In the Seventh Curriculum, it encouraged to use calculator and computer actively in mathematics education. However, many people think negatively about using calculator. Because, it resulted from the misunderstanding, which scholastic ability of mathematics using calculator will be declined. Therefore, we should suggest the proper time and using method as a calculating tools as well as a tool of mathematics studying. It will help for the mathematics education. This study is to investigate how to use the calculator correctly and the educational effect of using calculator for the elementary mathematics education.

제 7차 교육과정에서 계산기와 컴퓨터 사용을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 그러나 많은 사람들은 계산기 사용에 부정적이다. 왜냐하면 계산기 사용이 수학학력을 저하시킬 것이라는 오해에서 비롯된다. 그러므로 계산기는 계산의 도구로서 뿐만 아니라 수학학습의 도구로서, 사용하는 시기와 사용하는 방법을 연구하여 방안을 제시하고 진정한 수학교육에 도움을 줘야한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 계산기를 올바르게 사용하는 방법과 계산기의 사용이 초등수학교육에 미치는 교육효과에 관하여 연구하였다.
