高層아파트 團地의 形狀要素에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 小規模 高層아파트 團地의 駐車空間을 中心으로 Centering on the parking place in small-scale high-rise apartment building complex = A study on the Figur factors in high-rise apartment building comples

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

All dwelling complex should be plan with the consideration on the cars. this is because the car is no only a necessary tool for the man's various wants, but also a checking cause for the dwelling complex's comforts. this study focuses on the apartment complex of the dwelling scale taking a large percentage in Kwangju, and the various matters and the remedy about the parking space. the results are following.
1. The parking space is affected by the dwelling bwelling's arrangement, the open space and the incidental facilities. therefore the apartment complex plan of the future must apply the view of mass space.
2. Recently, the environs of the dwelling building are used as a parking space. It affects a bad effect on the complex's comfort. So the laws enacted to establish the underground parking place are required.
3. For the great comforts and closeness, the complex's plan has to consider the closeness of the complex entrance, the dwelling building entrance and the parking space.
