지역발전을 위항 지역문화산업의 발전과제 : 문화산업클러스터 관점에서

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1995년의 본격적인 지방자치를 계기로 지방분권화가 촉진되면서 지역문화산업이 지역발전의 매우 중요한 하나의 측으로 인식되어 왔다. 즉 지역문화산업이 지역경제의 성장을 주도한다는 점, 지역문화산업은 고부가가치산업이며, 지역 내 관련산업들과 산업연관호과를 제공한다는 점, 지역의 고용창출호과, 지역장소마케팅 촉진 및 지역이미지 부각, 지역주민의 살의 질 향상과 지역사회의 혁신능력을 높인다는 점이다.
이제 21세기 문화의 시대는 문화가 단순히 소비 및 여가의 대상이라는 인식에서 벗어나 문화는 새로운 생산과 측적의 대상이라는 인식의 전환을 가져다 주었다. 따라서 지역문화산업정책은 단순한 지방문화예술진흥정책차원을 넘어 문화의 진흥 뿐만 아니라 지역경제발전을 동시에 촉진하는 전략적개념으로 변화되고 있다.
본 논문은 현재 중앙정부 뿐만 아니라 특히 지방자치단체들이 문화산업육성에 적극적인 관심을 기울이고 있다는 관점에서, 그리고 효율적인 문화산업정책을 활용한 지역발전을 이룩한다는 명제 하에서 앞으로의 문화산업의 발전전략을 수립하는 데 있어 정책적인 지침을 제공하는데 연구의 중점을 두었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In 1995, the local self government was taking real opportunity. The decentralization had become promoted, and then the regional culture industry leads the growth of regional economic. Nowe regional culture industry becomes a very important, because it offers the allied industries and the industry related effects, which are inside the regional, such as the job creation effects for the regional, the regional area marketing promotion, the improvement of the impression of the regional area, and the improvement of the quality of life of the regional inhabitants, and it highs the regional society's reform ability.
In 21c, a period of culture I, the meaning of culture was changed from the pending and leisure to the new production and accumulation. Therefore, the regional culture industry policy should be more concerned than the regional culture art promotion polish, due to not only for the culture promotion but also for the regional economic development. So not only the central government but also the regional government is a lot of interested in the culture industry. So, the regional development proposition using the culture industry polish is the key point of this study, and should be a polish guide in the coming culture industry's development strategic.
