      The optimum condition when the sheets of nylon rein are proceseed by a wet method and its economical use are as fallows;
      1. The solubility of nylon is the highest at approximately 5% of water when nylon is solved in methanol-CaCl_2·H_2O-solution.
      2. The paste is made by the composition which ratio of MeOH, CaCl_2·2H_2O, nylon is to 100, 37, 24, and POBO as plasticizer is added.
      And sheets which have the best physical properties of tensile strength, elongation and rubbing can be obtained by coating on propylene film, leaving for two minutes at 90% RH and coagulating in water at 40℃.
      3, The experiment has shown that sheets have the highest physical properties when the composition ratio of nylon stocking is as three times as nylon pellet mixing waste and pure nylon
      Methanol of 90∼95% purity could be used when nylon is solved in MeOH-CaCl_2·2H_2O solution. so adding water to methanol is economical.
      As the physical properties of sheets which are added waste nylon don't decrease, using a cheap wasted nylon can be devoted to the promotion of leather industry by mass produt in factories
