      This study was studied to investigate the after change the initial structure before intercri-tical annealing distribution of martensite particles and tensile properties in Fe-C-Mn dual phase steel.
      This resurts obtained in this experiment are summarized as follows,
      ① The specimen with the initial structure of martensite showed the greatest martensite particles unite area.
      ② The strength of dual phase steel with the initial structure of martensite was shown to be increased compared to that of initial structure of pearlite plus ferrite and ferrite plus spheriodized carbide due to the fact that the hardness of ferrite matrices to be higher than that of dual phase steel with the initial structure of ferrite pulus pearlite.
      ③ The initial structures exsisting periortointercritical annealing play an important role on the martensite morphorogy.
