체육장학의 방향에서 본 체육장학사 업무의 실제 = The practices of supervisors` service for physical education teachers viewed from the direction of the encouragement of PE supervision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육장학의 방향을 탐색하고, 시도별 체육장학사 업무실제를 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 5시에 근무하는 장학사 3명을 대상으로 한 비 구조화된 면담자료와 교육인적자원부와 시도교육청의 `학교체육기본방향`, 단위학교의 공문서, 장학과 관련된 연구논문과 문헌자료 등을 수집하였다 자료의 분석을 위해 Spradley(1980)의 영역 분석과 분류분석을 이용하였다 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위해 동료간협의, 구성원간의 검토, 삼각검증법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 체육장학을 `수업개선`과 `자율체육활동의 활성화` 특히 일반학생을 대상으로 한 체육활동 활성화에 초점을 맞추어 범주를 축소, 제한하여 방향을 설정하였다. 현재 이루어지고 있는 시도 교육청 체육장학사의 실제업무는 엘리트 체육인 양성 중심의 장학 활동이 우선시 되고 있었다. 반면에 수업개선 업무는 비전문적, 비효율적으로 이루어지고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed at searching for the direction of the encouragement of supervision for physical education and analyzing practices tasks of school inspectors classified by cities and provinces. To do this, I collected unstructured interview data conducted with three school supervisors who were at work the basic directions of school PE established by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development and Provincial Offices of Education, official documents of each school, and theses and archives in relation to the supervision of physical education teachers. Spradley(1980)`s domain and taxonomy analysis were used to analyze data. For the authenticity of data, I conducted the discussion and investigation among colleagues, and a triangulation This study focused on lass improvements and the fertilization of self-controlled PE activities, especially on that of common students whose range is downsized and limited. The real performance of school supervisors of Provincial Offices of Education which is carried currently, has focused on `the encouraging activities of the PE of elite athletes` and `nonprofessional and non-efficient performance of tasks of class improvements`.
