This paper aims to evaluate Green supply chain orientation and Technology orientation on corporate performance among Chinese manufacturing organizations. This is because these strategic orientation has emerged recently as a key factor for companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Based on literature review, 13 propositions were put forward. An empirical study using survey research was completed. A questionnaire was conducted from the companies in which the study collected data from 319 respondents. Structural equation modeling was also applied to these data to test relationships among the variables in the study.
From the empirical analysis, we could find that Green supply chain orientation and Technology orientation were being driving forces that influence a corporate performance. Moreover, it was revealed that capabilities in supply chain information integration and green collaboration had mediated effects between strategic orientation and a corporate performance.
