However, there were differences in the contest culture, moral culture, media culture, and challenge culture among Japanese students in the College of Education.
Second, the cause of the differences in the important sports culture between Korea and japan was the differences in the facility culture. Compared with Japan, the Korean sports facility was very constrictive.

After investigating the subordinate culture in Korean and Japanese teachers, we found that Korean teachers were burden down with impractical textbooks, the attitude toward the loss of physical education, instructional methods, inferior facilities, and the pressure of the test of practical skills in sports. On the other hand, Japanese teachers were burden with the lack of various studies and training opportunities, the lack of well found facilities, and the lack of expert knowledge of teachers.
