    자동차 부품제조업 노동자들의 소음노출과
    뇌심혈관계질환 발병위험수준의 관련성

    목 적 : 본 연구에서는 일개 자동차부품 제조업 노동자의 소음 노출과 뇌·심
    혈관계질환 발병 위험수준과의 관련성을 파악하여 뇌·심혈관질환 예방 및 관리
    를 위한 대책을 수립함에 소음을 포함한 근본적인 관리는 물론 추후 이들 분야
    의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다.
    방 법 : 경남 양산지역의 일개 자동차 부품제조업에 2016년부터 서 2018년까
    지 3년간 근무한 노동자 1,024명 중 뇌·심혈관계질환 위험수준의 검진결과 자료
    가 불충분한 대상자 및 뇌·심혈관질환 기초 질환인 고혈압, 당뇨, 고지혈증 유
    소견자는 제외하여 소음측정 공정의 노동자 347명을 대상으로 하였다. 소음노출
    기간, 소음노출수준, 음주행동, 운동행동, 흡연행동을 독립변수로 하였고, 뇌·심
    혈관질환 발병 위험인자 수인 발병위험 수준을 종속변수로 성별, 연령을 통제변
    수로 설정하여 연구의 가설적 모형을 구성하여 분석하였다. 3년간 작업환경 측
    정결과와 특수건강검진결과를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다.
    본 연구에서는 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver.18을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 뇌·심
    혈관질환 발병 위험수준과 관련성을 파악하기 위해 사회 인구학적 특성, 건강행
    동 특성 그리고 소음노출수준과 소음노출기간에 따른 뇌·심혈관질환 발병 위험
    수준을 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 건강행동 특성에 따른 뇌·심혈관질환 발병 위험
    수준과의 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-test와 분산분석을 하였고, 소음노출수준과 소
    음노출기간과의 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-test를 실시하여 평균과 표준편차를 확
    인하였다. 자동차 부품 제조업 노동자의 소음 노출수준과 소음 노출기간의 뇌·
    심혈관질환 발병 위험수준의 관련성을 확인하기 위해 회귀분석을 수행하였다.
    결 과 : 소음노출수준이 높을수록 , 소음 노출기간이 길수록 뇌·심혈관계 질환
    발병 위험수준이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하는 양상을 보였다.
    결 론 : 이상의 결과를 통해 소음 노출이 뇌·심혈관질환 주요위험도에 유의
    한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 뇌·심혈관질환 예방 및 관리를 위한
    대책을 수립함에 소음 노출 수준의 감소 등 소음방지대책수립이 필요하다고 판
    단된다. 본 연구는 추후 이들 분야의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된
    다.
