건강가정교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 : 최소치 건강성 향상을 기초로 한 조직성과코칭모델(TPC : Team Performance Coaching Model)의 적용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가정의 건강성을 측정할 수 있는 측정도구와 이를 기초로 가정의 건강성을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 통해 가정의 건강성을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2년 간의 연구과제를 설정하였다.

1) 1차년도 연구과제 :

첫째, 조직성과코칭 모델을 적용한 교육프로그램을 실시하게 될 건강가정사를 모집하고, 이들을 대상으로 일반적인 코칭 교육을 시행한다. 이는 조직성과 코칭모델을 적용한 교육프로그램을 실시할 수 있는 지식과 기술습득일 뿐 아니라 건강가정사의 역량 강화를 목적으로 한다.
둘째, 교수, 전문코치, 건강가정사 등의 전문가집단의 자문에 의해 조직성과코칭 모델에서 제시하고 있는 건강성 측정도구를 가정에 적용하여 가정의 건강성 측정척도를 개발한다. 개발된 척도는 20명의 주부를 대상으로 한 비구조화된 면접조사와 함께 500명의 주부를 대상으로 실증분석을 위한 조사연구를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석함으로써 가정의 건강성 척도를 검증한다.

2) 2차년도 연구과제 :

첫째, 구성된 관련 전문가 집단의 자문을 기초로 조직성과코칭모델을 기초로 한 가정의 건강성 향상을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발한다.
둘째, 건강가정사들을 대상으로 개발된 교육프로그램을 강의할 수 있도록 1일 4시간씩 3회의 교육을 실시한다.
셋째, 5곳의 건강가정지원센터에서 교육프로그램을 이수한 고객 20명에 대한 비구조화된 면접조사와 함께 고객 500명을 대상으로 실증분석을 위한 조사연구를 실시하고, 가정의 건강성향상에 대한 사전사후 검사와 분석을 통해 건강성 향상을 검증한다.
넷째, 개발된 가정의 건강성 측정척도와 건강성 향상교육프로그램에 대한 세미나를 개최하여 홍보와 함께 일반적인 교육프로그램의 개발과 보급을 도모한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to improve family's health through developing family's health measuring instruments and educational program based on family's health measuring instruments. Therefore, this study sets up research projects during the study period.

1) The first year research project
First, this study recruits healthy family supporters who will run educational program based on TPC Model(Team Performance Coaching Model) and educate healthy family supporters. These are aimed to get knowledge and skills for running educational program based on TPC Model and strengthen family supporter's capabilities.
Second, this study develops family's health measuring instruments applying health measuring instrument which is suggested by professors, coaches, family supporters and expert panel in TPC Model. Family's health measuring instruments will be verified by analyzing unstructured interviews with twenty housewives and research studies with five-hundreds housewives.

2)The second year research project
First, develop educational program for improving family's health which is based on TPC Model.
Second, train family supporters four hours a day and three times in a week to give a lecture of educational program based on TPC Model.
Third, carry out unstructured interviews with twenty housewives who completed educational program from family's health support centers, and research studies with five-hundreds housewives , and ex ante and ex post analysis of family's health improvement.
Forth, through holding a seminar about family's health measuring instruments and educational program for family's health improvement, promote and spread educational program.
