담임교사의 변혁적 리더십과 아동의 학교생활적응의 관계에서 아동의 정서지능의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between teachers transformational leadership, students school adjustment and emotional intelligence. Subjects of the study are 280 fifth and sixth graders in elementary school. Major results of this study were as follows. First, teachers transformational leadership had a positive influence on students school adjustment. Second, students emotional intelligence had a positive influence on students school adjustment. Third, students emotional intelligence had mediated the relationship between teachers transformational leadership and students school adjustment. This study had been examined if teachers transformational leadership was high, the level of students emotional intelligence was also improved and these results had positively influenced on students school adjustment. Furthermore, because teachers transformational leadership have positive effects on students’ emotional intelligence and school adjustment, it is important that teacher demonstrate their transformational leadership.
