서울시 중 · 고등학교 수돗물 실태와 인식조사

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Drinking safe water for health is the right of the people in schools. Even though the tab water (Arisu) of Korea provides a scientific credit for the supiriority in quality compared to other countries, people’s distrust on the tap water has been expanded due to an improper response after occuring problems on the water and the lack of effective promotion. To investigate the issue, we analyzied the relationship between the awareness and attitude of the students in Seoul middle and high schools.
From this study, Attitudes of teachers and schools administration for the tap water was important as a decision maker determining the use of the tap water for drinking so to solve the distrust, the environmental education specifically on the tap water must be preceded and policies inspiring the responsibility for the student health should be prepared as well by the scientific and systematic ways to seek and provide information and the safety of the tap water. Also, the reporter’s attitude with professional knowledge is important to reduce the negative effect and impression on the tap water made by the news media and educations for environmental issues connected with schools is required to monitor the report by the citizen.
