염모제 색상에 따른 모발색 변화 비교 분석 = A Comparative Analysis of Hair Color Changes according to Hair Colorant Color

This study is on the association of hair colorant with hair color. It aims to compare basic hair colorant color with color changes in hair levels and basic color difference between makers to present numeric data and provide basic information for the beauty field, dyeing education, and colorant studies. Level 1, 5, and 9 wefts of M Company were used as sample hair. They were dyed by basic color(1, 3, 5, 7, 10) of colorant of A and B Company and measured by a color meter. Then, their color difference was compared and analyzed. For colorant 1, two makers showed resultant color of blue shade with darkness. For colorant 3, A Company had more red and yellow shade than B Company. For colorant 5, B Company had more yellow shade than A Company. In particular, yellow shade was suddenly increased in colorant 5 of B Company, middle value between dark value and bright value. For colorant 7, while Level 1 and 5 of B Company had much red and yellow shade, Level 9 of A Company had much red and yellow shade. Colorant 10 showed the opposite result. Therefore, the results suggested that when the same colorant color was treated for dyeing in the same condition, resultant color was different according to hair color after dyeing. It indicated the great effect of hair color. The results also showed that colorant with the same value was different in color nature according to a maker.
