창조적 음악치료가 학습장애 아동의 자기효능감과 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Creative Music Therapy on the Self-Efficacy and School Life Adaptation of Children With Learning Disorders

The purpose of this study is to determine effects of Creative Music Therapy Program on the self-efficacy and school life adaptation of children with learning disorders. Children who participated in the program were asked to experience of so-called 'character socialization' through impromptus, musical composition, musical performance and music appreciation. The study used the combination of a theoretical, literature research and an empirical, experimental research. Its procedure consisted of prior, experimental and post stages in sequence. Effects of creative music therapy were verified through comparison between the experimental and control groups before and after the application of the program. The effects were measured using Self-Efficacy Test and School Life Adaptation Test. After the program, content analysis was conducted on questionnaire forms filled out by the experimental group and observers and related recorded tapes. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, Creative Music Therapy Program had effects on the self-efficacy of children with learning disorders. Second, Creative Music Therapy Program had effects on the school life adaptation of children with learning disorders. Finally, this study would be basic therapeutic information in scientific and systematic ways in regard to effects of Creative Music Therapy Program on such cognitive characteristics of children with learning disorders as self-efficacy and school life adaptation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 창조적 음악치료프로그램이 학습장애 아동의 자기효능감 및 학교생활 적응력에 얼마나 효과를 주는가를 규명하려는 연구이다. 집단 안에서 집단원인 음악아동들은 음악적 즉흥연주, 노래만들기, 악기연주, 음악감상의 영역을 통해 창조적 음악치료프로그램 안에서 ‘인격의 사회화’를 경험하도록 했다. 연구방법으로는 이론적 연구로써 문헌조사와 경험적 연구의 실험조사 방법을 사용하였으며, 연구절차는 사전, 실험, 사후단계로 나누었다. 창조적 음악치료의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 통제집단과의 전, 후 비교설계를 사용하였으며, 평가는 자기효능감 검사와 학교생활적응 검사를 사용하였다. 프로그램 종료시, 실험집단 및 관찰자들의 평가설문지와 녹취한 프로그램 등을 내용분석 하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창조적 음악치료 프로그램은 학습장애 아동의 자기효능감에 미치는 효과가 있다. 둘째, 창조적 음악치료 프로그램은 학습장애 아동의 학교생활 적응도에 미치는 효과가 있다. 따라서 향후 본 창조적 음악치료 프로그램이 학습장애 아동의 인지적인 특성으로써의 자기효능감, 학교생활적응도에 미치는 영향에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 치료적 기초 자료가 될 것이다.
