      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose : This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing person-centered care among nurses in integrated nursing care service wards. Methods : The participants of the study were 163 nurses from integrated nursing care service wards at four general hospitals in G province and four general hospitals in B metropolitan city. Data collection took place from February 8 to February 29, 2024, with 153 responses ultimately analyzed. The data were processed using SPSS WIN 25.0 Software, utilizing descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression for analysis. Results : The factors affecting person-centered care, with an explanatory power of 51.2%, were nursing competency (β=.58, p<.001), nursing work environment (β=.20, p=.002), and empathy (β=.14, p=.013). Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that improving person-centered nursing care among nurses in integrated nursing care service wards requires developing intervention programs focused on enhancing nursing competency and empathy while also considering the organizational aspects of the nursing work environment.
