가족환경이 청소년 골프선수의 역할 학습 정도에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Family on Role Learning among Golfers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 특정개인의 역할학습과정에 있어서 중요한 사회화 기관인 가족의 역할과 관련하여 가정환경적 요인, 부모, 형제, 자매 등과 같은 요인들이 골프 선수의 역할사회화 정도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 연구의 주된 목적을 두었다.
이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 1994년 현재 중·고·대학에 재학중인 남자 골프 선수 224명, 여자 골프 선수 67명 등 291명을 무선표집하여 임우택(1994), 김수임(1990) 등의 연구에서 사용된 설문문항을 수정한 설문지 완성·제작하였다. 설문 조사를 통하여 회수된 자료를 일원변량 분석과 상관관계 분석 그리고 중다회귀분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 부모의 교육수준은 골프 선수의 역할학습에 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 가족의 월수입은 역할학습 빈도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
둘째, 부친의 골프 참가요인은 골프 선수의 역할학습 빈도 및 강도에 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 부친의 골프 참가 및 관람은 골프 선수의 역할학습기간에 영향을 미쳤다.
셋째, 모친의 골프 참가에 대한 권유는 골프 역할 빈도와 기간에 영향을 미치며, 모친의 골프 관람은 골프 역할학습 기간 및 강도에 영향을 미친다. 또한 모친의 골프 태도는 골프 선수의 역할학습 강도에 영향을 미쳤다.
넷째, 형제·자매의 골프 참가에 대한 권유 및 재정적 지원을 골프 선수의 역할학습 기간에 영향을 미쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of family on role learning of golfers. Data collected through a questionnaire designed for this study consist of fixed-alternative choice response to items constructed to represent the operational definition for each variables. The inventory was administered to 291 male and female golfers. Statistics employed for data analyses were t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression.
Based upon the results of the study, the following conclusions appear to be warranted:
Educational level of parents do not influence on role learning of golfers, while monthly income of family has some effects on frequency of role learning of golfers.
Factors of father's golf involvement do not influence on frequency and intensity of role learning, while father's watching and involvement in golf game have some effects on duration of role learning of golfers.
Encouragement in golf involvement of mother influences on frequency and duration of role learning, mother's degree of watching golf game has some effects on duration and intensity of role learning of golfers, and mother's attitude toward golf has some effect on intensity of that of golfers.
Factors of siblings' golf involvement do not influence on frequency and intensity of role learning, while sibling's watching and involvement in golf game have some effects on duration of role learning of golfers.
