빈곤계층 청소년의 자립능력개발을 위한 복지지원 방향-생활 및 자립지원시설 실태를 중심으로- = A study on the supportive welfare policy for self-reliance of the poor adolescent

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 빈곤계층 청소년의 자립능력개발을 위한 복지지원방향을 탐색하기 위해 실시된 문헌과 실태 중심의 연구이다. 이를 위해 기존의 빈곤계층 청소년의 개념을 살펴보고, 이들 청소년의 자립능력 개발에 따른 복지적 관점을 조망하였다. 본 연구는 구체적인 실천대상에 초점을 맞추기 위해 빈곤계층 청소년의 심층면접을 통해 그들의 욕구 및 생활실태를 파악하였으며, 이와 관련하여 빈곤계층 청소년과 관련된 실제적 자립지원정책 프로그램인 자립지원시설의 실태를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 빈곤계층 청소년의 자립능력개발을 위한 복지지원 정책의 방향을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine welfare support of poor adolescents for their self-reliance. Until now the welfare supportive policies have provided the poor adolescents with economic support and social services. but they are not enough for raising their quality of life and self-reliance. The subjects for interviews were 16 adolescents from poor family and survey data were collected from 12 self-support institutional facilities.
The result of this study confirms the important things that poor adolescents motivations and opportunities for their self-reliance base on the basic needs to meet. Also various program to meet the needs of poor adolescents to eliminate a disadvantaged and better allocate resources, a coherent self-reliance support program is needed. Emphasizing permanence in poor adolescents self-support services is very important to their well-being in present and their capacity in future.
