보육교사를 위한 영유아학대 예방 코칭프로그램 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 한 영유아학대 예방 프로그램을 개발함으로써 영유아학대에 대한 보육교사의 인식개선과 잠재적 영유아학대 예방을 목적으로 하고 있다. 영유아학대 예방 코칭 프로그램은 COACH 대화모델과 코칭기술 및 어린이집 아동학대 예방교육자료(보건복지부. 중앙보육정보센터, 2012)를 바탕으로 개발하였다. 총 6회기로 1~2회기는 동기적 요인(학대 및 코칭 개념획득과 목표설정), 3~5회기 인지적 요인(실제알기), 6회기는 행동적 요인 (적용과 평가)으로 구성되었다. 각 회기별로 코칭대화모델과 코칭기술을 적용하여 활동을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 0세부터 만 5세 영유아를 대상으로 한 프로그램을 포괄적으로 개발하였지만 향후에는 각 연령별로 적용 가능한 코칭프로그램을 개발하고, 타당성을 검증하여 실제 현장에서 학대예방 교육 자료로 활용되는 것이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to develop the coaching program for child care teachers in order to prevent early childhood abuse. Through this program, the study strives to increase the child care teacher’s awareness on the child abuse and also to prevent child abuse. This prevention program for early childhood abuse was developed based on the COACH conversation model, Coaching techniques, and the child abuse prevention data resources in the child care settings (Ministry of Health and Welfare-Headquarter of Child Care Information Centers, 2012). The program is consisted of 6 sessions, and the details are following: 1st and 2nd sessions are about motivational factors(defining abuse. learning Coaching concepts, setting goals). 3rd to 5th sessions are about cognitive factors(learning the fact/truths about the abuse), 6th session is about(application and evaluation). Each sessions incorporated Coaching conversational model and Coaching techniques into the activities. This research focused on developing the prevention program for the children from age 0 to 5, it is crucial to develop applicable Coaching program more specifically to each age levels. Also, evaluating the validity of the study is needed so that the program could be implemented at the field as the prevention resources for educational purposes.
