교사용 유아 리더십 검사 개발을 위한 1차 타당화 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 교사용 유아 리더십 검사를 개발하고 표준화 하기 위하여 1차적으로 타당화 작업을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 절차를 거쳤다. 첫째, 문헌분석을 통해 유아 리더십의 개념을 정의하고, 측정 구인을 검토하여 전문가 심층면접을 실시하여 유아 리더십에 대한 구인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 이를 기반으로 문항 개발 후 전문가의 내용 타당도를 확보하고 예비 검사 실시 후 문항의 보완, 수정 과정을 거쳐 133문항을 확정하였다. 개발된 검사는 3개 차원, 7개 하위영역, 25개 요소이며, 각 차원은 영역을 포함하는 형태로 창의적 리더십, 셀프 리더십, 서번트 리더십으로 구성되었다. 창의적 리더십은 창의적 능력, 인지적 능력, 의사결정력을, 셀프 리더십은 자기관리와 건설적 사고를, 서번트 리더십은 타인존중과 공동체배려를 포함하였다. 셋째, 교사용 유아 리더십 검사의 타당화를 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천지역 6, 7세 1,046명의 유아를 대상으로 검사를 실시하였으며, 검사의 신뢰도(Cronbach α)를 확인하였으며(전체 신뢰도 .99, 창의적 리더십 .98, 셀프 리더십 .96, 서번트 리더십 .96), 타당도 확인을 위하여 구인들 간의 상호상관관계(.70∼.94)와 확인적 요인분석(적합도 지수 NFI 0.903, CFI 0.911, NNFI 0.900)을 실시하여 구인들 간의 관련성을 설정하고 다양한 적합도 지수를 알아본 결과 양호한 적합도를 보여주었다. 이를 종합적으로 고려할 때, 교사용 유아 리더십 검사의 구조 모형과 검사도구는 대체로 타당하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 교사용 유아 리더십 검사는 유아의 현재 리더십에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있음으로 인해 앞으로 유아 리더십 교육 프로그램 구성에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

It is important to screen leadership at the level of infants schools. Because screening and measure of leadership is linked to program eligibility, developing an assessment tool for leadership is an important step to serve this population. This study focused on developing and validating the leadership scale for infants schools teachers. The subjects were 1,046 students from 6 to 7 year infants and their teachers. Drawing on the literature review and leadership ability domains were conceptualized and the Scale was developed. Although the areas to be assessed are similar for all students, for infants, the assessment techniques and tests require special characteristics.
The result of this study were as follows :
1. Teachers' leadership scale were validated.
2. Infants leadership sub-variable were identified.
In conclusion, even though there are some limitation in research design, it can be concluded that the Leadership Scale is a useful tool for infants education. Despite some limitations, the present study has significance in that this study developed an effective measurement tool to enhance leadership education for infants. It also anticipated that this study will serve as a stimulus to further study on leadership education for infants.
