The purpose of this study is to analyze factors such as employees' internal marketing, job stress, and organization commitment which affect intentions of turnover, and to present the plans for lowering the rate of employees' turnover by analyzing how the various elements composed of each variable affect.
In order to attain the study goal, literature research and positive research methods were used in parallel. Using the literature research method, employees' internal marketing, job stress, organization commitment and the concept of turnover-intention and its correlation are observed, and the theoretical grounds of the study are prepared and a study model and a study hypothesis are set.
Using SPSS 15.0 statistical package programs, the data was analyzed. Using statistical technique, frequency analysis, reliability, factors analysis, Correlation, and regression are applied and the measurement items of preceding variable used in literature research have validity and reliability or were used after being modified and complemented.
The result of the study is as follows;
First, the reward system and empowerment in the internal marketing have a negative(-) effect, and the internal communication among the internal marketing has a negative(-) effect on the job stress in human relationship.
Second, the reward system, education and training, and internal communication in internal marketing is considered to have a positive(+) effect on organization commitment.
Third, among factors such as the reward system of job stress, human relationship, role ambiguity and role overload, only reward system and role overload have negative(-) effects on organization commitment.
Fourth, the reward system, role ambiguity and role overload of job stress have positive(+) effects on intentions of turnover.
Fifth, the organization commitment has a negative(-) effect on intentions of turnover.
Sixth, education and training, and internal communication in the internal marketing have a negative(-) effect on intentions of turnover.
