시각장애대학생의 보조공학 장치 및 서비스 만족도 연구 = A Study on the Assistive Technology Devices and Services Satisfaction of the College Students with Visual Impairment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 시각장애대학생의 보조공학 사용 만족도와 중요도 분석을 통해 소비자 중심의 보조공학서비스 방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 시각장애대학생 36명을 대상으로 QUEST 2.0을 사용한 보조공학 만족도 조사 결과, 전반적으로 서비스 영역보다 장치 영역의 만족도가 높았고 효과와 내구성에 가장 만족하였으나 가격과 수리 및 보수에 가장 불만족한 것으로 나타났다. 사용자 만족도와 중요도를 비교한 결과 크기, 무게, 사용 편리성, 가격, 서비스 전달, 수리 및 보수, 사후관리 항목에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 대상자는 가장 중요한 항목으로 수리 및 보수, 가격, 효과를 많이 선택하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 가격인하를 위한 다양한 제도 마련과 보조공학전문가 배치 및 보조공학서비스 중심으로의 전환 등을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the assistive technology satisfaction of college students with visual impairment. The modified version of the Qubec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology(QUEST) was used to assess satisfactions and depth interviews were conducted with 36 college students with visual impairment who used assistive technology devices. The following results were obtained: Overall, satisfaction with the devices was scored higher than satisfaction with the services. The subjects were most satisfied with items of effectiveness and durability, whereas the items of cost and repairs & servicing were least satisfied. There are statistically significant(α<.05) differences in the degree of importance and the degree of satisfaction scored on several items, such as dimensions, weight, easy of use, cost, service delivery, repairs & servicing, follow-up services. The items considered by the subjects to be the most important are repairs & servicing, cost, and effectiveness. Based on this finding, the suggestions were as follow: 1) prepare a multiple systems to decrease cost 2) necessity of assistive technology specialist for services, and 3) the transition from providing a device to consumer-centered service.
