대학생의 미래직업자기 현저성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 미래직업자기 현저성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로 적응성의 매개효과를 실증적으 로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 181명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 PROCESS Macro 4를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 미래직업자기 현저성과 진로 적응성, 진로준비행동 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났으 며, 진로 적응성이 미래직업자기 현저성과 진로준비행동의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 진로적 응모형의 이론적 가정을 지지하며, 미래직업자기 현저성이 진로 적응성을 통해 진로준비행동으로 이어지는 순차적 경로가 실 제로 작동함을 입증한다. 본 연구는 대학생의 진로준비도 향상을 위한 진로상담 및 교육 프로그램 개발에 있어 미래직업자기 현저성과 진로 적응성을 통합적으로 강화하는 개입전략 수립에 실질적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study examined the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between future work self-salience and career preparation behavior among university students. A total of 181 undergraduate students participated in an online survey, and the data were analyzed using PROCESS Macro 4.0. The results revealed significant positive correlations among the three variables, with career adaptability partially mediating the relationship between future work self-salience and career preparation behavior. These findings support the career construction model, demonstrating a sequential pathway from future work self-salience to career preparation behavior via career adaptability. The study offers practical implications for career counseling and education, highlighting the need for integrated interventions that enhance both future work self-salience and career adaptability to improve students’ career readiness.
