항공보안검색 종사자의 직무몰입과 직무만족이 서비스제공에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Aviation Security Inspection Workers Job Immersion & Job Satisfaction on Service Provision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 항공보안검색 종사자들의 직무몰입과 직무만족이 서비스제공에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전국적으로 보안검색 종사자 100여명을 대상 으로 2020년 6월 8일부터 7월 3일까지 20여 일 동안 설문조사를 실행하였다. 설문내용은 “직무몰입, 직무만족, 서비스제공”으로 구성하였다. 실증분석은 신뢰도, 타당성, 중요도 등을 중심으로 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 직무몰입이 높을수록 직무만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족이 높을수록 서비스제공이 좋아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무몰입이 높을수록 서비스제공이 좋아지는 것은 검증결과 기각되었다. 보안검색 종사자가 고객에게 우수한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 우선 직무만족도를 높이면서 직무몰입을 더욱 높여 나가야 할 것이다. 향후 우리는 보안검색 종사자들의 서비스 향상을 위해 필요한 요인들을 구체적으로 분석해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze the effects of job immersion and job satisfaction of aviation security inspection workers on service provision. To this end, a survey was conducted for over 100 security inspection workers nationwide for 26 days from June 8 to July 3, 2020. The contents of the survey consisted of “job immersion, job satisfaction, and service provision”. The empirical analysis was conducted focusing on reliability, validity and importance. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the higher job immersion, the higher job satisfaction. Second, it was found that the higher job satisfaction, the better the service provision. However, it was rejected as a result of verification that the higher job immersion, the better the service provision. In order for security inspection workers to provide excellent services to customers, job satisfaction and job immersion should be further enhanced. In the future, we will need to specifically analyze the factors necessary to improve the service of security inspection workers.
