      This study focuses on how important the areas of korean knowledge are and makes it clean that those of korean knowledge should mutual go with both theory and we also mainly discuss, among those of korean knowledge, how to teach orthography in a norm and application.
      We, therefore, mention and take a closer look at inquiry teaching theory as teaching and learning methods of knowledge of korean, and put the theory into orthography so that we could design even inquiry study model. this allow us to confirm a study on teaching and learning of knowledge of korean.
      We found not only important the knowledge of language itself in korean education is, but also that of contents pays a big role of korean usage.
      Knowledge of korean puts high valves on both inquiry study of finding out the rule of language phenomenon and activities of being adjusted to the situation of korean usage.
      Accordingly the teaching and learning of the norm and application of korean is not just to memorize the knowledge but understand korean well and bring up the discernment to solve the problems of korean by emphasize inquiry study.
      In chapter two, we discussed the character and goal of the areas of korean knowledge before a study on the efficient methods of orthography.
      We can defy the character of knowledge of korean closely related to goal of education and the learning and teaching is focused on finding out the rules from language phenomenon and taught should be more emphasized to be used in the situation of korean usage.
      The character and goal of korean language is defied by these two factors : learning and teaching activity and the usage of korean in activity.
      Since the character of knowledge of korean is emphasized in knowledge of norm such as orthography and the using of knowledge learned and taught, it seems to inquiry, logic according to the learning method.
      Next chapter, we take a closer look at orthography, comparing history and rules of orthography with hangul matchumbop and chosonmal-kyubomjip and emphasized the need of teaching orthography, by misused errors of orthography.
      Recognition analysis is related to sound and form using broadcasting and internet which are easily found around us. we confirmed these as to error form to study and found out the seriousness by checking not only orthography based on the research, but also error analysis of orthography.
      It contains a study on korean orthography to adjust school education. for this, we look at how education of korean orthography was coming along by finding out the unit taking care of orthography in high school munbop text where learning of korean knowledge was developed.
      We tried to approach study of effective teaching methods and suggesting the more of inquiry learning model, including some models the previous inquiry learning.
      We have some occasions that we can not use korean well even though we learn orthography or tend to avoid using learning and use of orthography, because of short understanding of orthography.
      The reason we put importance on korean orthography education is, although there are consistent problems with orthography itself the role of orthography in our korean education.
      Orthography, as the norm of accurate and correct korean life, allows us to have better understanding of korean knowledge areas.
      In other words, orthography connected with korean knowledge The accurate and good korean expressions come when we try over all, helps us understand it much easily orthography.

      Therefore, it is time that teach and learn korean orthography put in right place and need to follow orthography.
