This study was tried to estimate how ICT is being used in the process of teaching and learning activities and find out how it affects the teaching process.The major findings of this study are as follows:First of all, Teachers have a comparatively good understanding of ICT. They think the quality of school education will improve if they use ICT during a class. However, it is necessary to prepare the perfect and synthetic environment with computer for the activated class using ICT.Secondly, the training of teachers should be strengthened. The training courses should be established not for the technical training about information knowledge but for the teachers' concrete demand. In addition, the level of training can be higher by including the teaching approach for a class using ICT which reflects the characteristics of a subject and various productions of materials.Thirdly, it is necessary to develope high-quality educational contents in the teaching and learning process. I also think it necessary to save time for teachers to make materials, and to concentrate on the common system of materials which we can receive various and recent information through.
