    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among parental involvement, burnout, and prosocial behavior perceived by middle and high school martial arts athletes. Data were collected from martial arts athletes registered with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee in Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Gwangju, and Jeonnam provinces between March and July 2025. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and after excluding 11 responses with inconsistencies or missing values, 289 valid responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using Jamovi 2.3 and AMOS 23.0, employing descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability testing, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The main findings were as follows. First, it was found that parental involvement had a negative (-) effect on burnout. Second, it was found that parental involvement had a positive (+) effect on prosocial behavior. Third, it was found that burnout had a negative (-) effect on prosocial behavior.
