국문 초록 (Abstract)

영문초록:This research, ultimately, aims to achieve four main objectives.Firstly, to gain theoretical understanding of project financing as a financial technique focussing on the feasibility study of a project's cash flow.Secondly, to recognize a pattern in the present condition of project financing by analyzing the real data, accumulated through real estate trust company's experience in mediating between agencies involved.Thirdly, to contemplate a project financing technique that is implementable through actual case studies.Finally, to evaluate the current flaws in the market through the actual case studies and to suggest an alternative plan to vitalize it. Main emphasis and efforts were dedicated to analyzing the data accumulated through day to day business activities in order to establish a pattern backed by objective, numerical evidence.Alternative plans to the current flaws were suggested, mainly from the real estate trust company's perspective, including number of ways in which the project financing market can be stimulated through a reform of relevant laws and regulations
