공급사슬의 전·후방 통합이 공급사슬역량 및 수출성과에 미치는 영향(자원준거관점을 배경으로) = An Empirical Study on SCM Integration, SCM Competence and Export Performance in Korean Manufacturing Firms ; A Resource-based Perspective

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Despite the recognition of the importance of SCM management for firms' survival and growth, almost no empirical research has been devoted to examining the relationships between SCM integration and export performance. In addition, no empirical research has focused on the potential mediating role of SCM competence on the effect of SCM integration on export performance.
Under these circumstances, this study construct a synthesized model of SCM integration, SCM competence, export performance. Then data for this study were collected from 84 export firms in Korea and suitable statistical methodologies were employed for analysis.
This study represents an efforts towards an exploratory research for better understanding of the effect of SCM integration, SCM competence on export performance.
