미국 지방정부의 공공서비스 만족도와 지역사회 삶의 질 간 상관성 분석 : Peterson의 정책유형론을 중심으로 = The Relationship between Public Service Satisfaction and Community Quality of Life in U.S. Cities : Focused on Peterson`s City Limits Perspective

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article examines the impacts of citizen satisfaction with local public services on citizens` perception on Quality of Life, based on survey data from the 159 cities of population of 25,000 or more in the U.S. As results, public service satisfaction in developmental policy and allocational policy area have positive effects on citizen perception of Quality of Life, while social welfare service satisfaction has no significant impact. It turns out that local government should significantly consider the quality of public service which is more closely related to meet individual citizen needs and desires.
