건강도시사업에 대한 거주자 인식과 물리적 환경 개선요소에 관한 연구 = 서울시 건강도시사업 대상 주거단지를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중앙부처 및 지자체 차원에서 건강도시사업을 추진한 지역을 대상으로 건강도시사업의 인지도 및 만족도에 대한 인식을 파악하고, 거주자의 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 근린환경을 개선하기 위해 필요한 계획요소의 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌조사를 통해 도출한 근린환경 계획요소를 바탕으로 건강도시사업을 추진한 주거단지 및 마을을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, IPA 분석을 실시하였고, 분석도구는 SPSS 18.0과 EXCEL 2010을 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사 대상지의 거주민들은 신체적 건강에 대한 높은 관심을 나타냈으며 근린환경과 건강은 밀접한 관계를 지닌다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 현행 금연, 절주, 건강검진 등 프로그램 위주의 건강도시사업에 대해 인지도, 참여도, 만족도 모두 낮은 것으로 조사되었으며, 건강한 근린환경을 조성하기 위해서는 물리적 환경 개선이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 조사대상지별 IPA분석 결과 거주민들은 보행자 안전성, 범죄 안전성, 유니버설 디자인 등 생활안전적인 측면에서의 건강 계획요소를 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to understand the awareness and satisfaction levels of healthy city projects implemented by central and local governments in Korea, and deducts neighborhood planning elements that will improve health levels of residents. The study drew neighborhood planning elements through an extensive literature review. Based on such elements, this study also conducted a survey of residents. Analysis methods included frequency analysis and IPA analysis using SPSS 18.0 and EXCEL 2010 as specific tools of analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, residents displayed high interest in physical health issues and believed it to be closely related to neighborhood environments. Second, residents showed lower levels of awareness, participation and satisfaction regarding various health programs, such as anti-smoking, anti-drinking campaigns and medical checkups, reinforcing the importance of physical environment improvements. Third, IPA analysis revealed that residents placed the highest importance on safety related aspects, such as safe pedestrian environment, low crime rates, and universal design in response to healthy city planning elements.
