국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 학생들로 하여금 어떻게 구직활동을 하는 것이 가장 합리적인지에 대한 연구이다. 이 논 문은 교수가 가르친 한 전공과목의 학생들에게 직업탐색 과정을 “나는 누구인가?”라는 리포트로 제출하 게 한 다음 그 결과를 가지고 분석한 것이다. 본 논문에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 학생들의 예상 취업확률을 감안했을 때 직업선택 성취도는 높았다. 둘째, 수강생들의 취업확률을 높이기 위해서는 다음과 같은 점들이 제시되었다. 우선 수강생들이 구 직탐색 과정에서 부담하는 시간과 노력을 투입할 것이 요구된다. 직업탐색 과정에서는 현실적이고 탄 력적으로 그들이 처한 상황과 자신의 비교우위를 고려하는 전략이 필요하다. 마지막으로 취업확률을 높이기 위해서는 학생들에게 현실적인 조언을 해주어 직접 해당회사를 방문하게 하는 방법이 필요하다. 결론적으로 학생들이 보다 많은 경험을 쌓고 구직탐색 과정에서 능동적인 자세를 보이는 것이 구직 확률을 높이는 방법이라는 것이 발견되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Getting job is the most important issue in Korean university. The purpose of the paper is to investigate how to motivate students to achieve the goal. The paper suggests the followings by examining the expected getting job rate of the students based on the report of “Who am I?” submitted by the students. 1) Overall the project of job search seems to be successful, considering the fact that number of student whose expected getting job possibility of 99% reached as high as 16 students out of total 34 students. 2) In order to increase getting job rate, the study proposes the followings (1) Students are suggested to invest more time and effort to getting job process (This study shows the most of students who planed the process specifically were succeeded in getting job) (2) Students are suggested to think over their situations practically and be flexible, considering their comparative advantage. (This study shows the most of students who were flexible in getting job process were succeeded in getting job) 3) In order to increase getting job rate, it helps students to give them practical advices and chances to visit many companies. As a result of these, it is expected to show high getting job rate when students have many job searching experiences and show active attitude toward getting job.
