This study is targeting companies that participate in the public exhibitions in Korea. Also it investigated the effect and degree of the participation performance and re-participation intention of the exhibitors. Futhermore, the moderating effect of the both satisfaction of service quality and importance of selection attributes in the exhibitions was verified empirically. As a result, a suggestion was made of the exhibition industry and exhibition organizers. It surveyed three exhibitions(Korea Travel Fair, Public Service Fair, and Nano Korea) in COEX, Seoul, and LED Expo in KINTEX Exhibition Hall between May and July on 2013. The analysis of the data was introduced for statistical program PASW Statistics 18. The methods used were analysis for hypothesis testing factor, reliability analysis and regression analysis. Of the exhibition performances`` participation, the non-sales performances were more affecting to the re-participation intention of exhibitors than the sales performances. Also it was investigated that the service quality of the installation and the equipment in the exhibition were more in existence of the moderating effects, rather than the service quality of the operation, in regard to the degree of re-participation intention in the exhibition.
