The tourism resources development in a localization era lepers the necessity of specialization in development pattern to the simple resources unit development. This paper emphasizes the characteristic analysis of recreation complex development to take advantage of the pole tourism resources development. Followings are the conclusive smnmary of this study. Firstly, The characteristics of recreation complex development in future are forecasting mix of tourism facilities, comprehension of tourism function, and information of tourism guide system. Secondly, Theme park development is made up of pattern of recreation complex development depends on the expansion of tourism supply - the specialization of tourism attractions - and tourism demands - the expansion of tourism market - resulting from an increase in the volume of tourism participation.
