조직시민행동의 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 조직몰입과 공정성 및 신뢰를 중심으로 = A Study on the Determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focused on Organizational Commitment, Fairness, and Trust

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at finding the factors influencing on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) related to the performance(or effectiveness) of government or quasi-government organization as the innovation subjects of public sector through NPM. The results of statistical analyses show that the direct effect on OCB stems from organizational commitment, and the antecedents of organizational commitment are fairness and trust. And fairness and trust have indirect effects on OCB through a mediation variable, organizational commitment. This analytic results give policy implications of how OCB is utilized to improve organizational performance.
