장애인을 위한 기록정보서비스 환경 평가를 위한 지표 및 척도 개발: 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증 지표와 기록정보서비스 개념의 융합을 중심으로 = Development of the Indicators and Scales to Evaluate Archival Information Service Environments for the Disabled in Archives: Merging the Barrier-Free Authentication Indicators with the Conceptionalization of Archival Information Services

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 기록관에서 장애인과 비장애인 모두 동등한 수준으로 기록정보서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 환경이 조성되어 있는지를 평가하기 위한 평가지표와 척도를 개발하고자 한다. 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증기준을 기본 틀로 삼되 인증 기준에서 구체적으로 명시하고 있지 않는 기록관의 서비스환경에 관한 항목을 도출하기 위해 기록정보서비스에 대한 개념 분석과 기록관 이용자들의 서비스 동선을 파악한 후 이를 공간별로 항목화하였다. 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증기준, 정보서비스개념과 유형, 서비스 동선과 공간영역 그리고 공공기록물관리법, 국가기록원의 공공기록물서비스 표준들을 모두 융합하여 종합적인 기록정보서비스 환경 평가 지표와 척도를 제시하였다. 이 연구는 궁극적으로 기록관 서비스 환경 평가도구 개발을 통해 기록정보서비스 환경을 객관적으로 평가하고, 이를 통해 서비스제공의 근본 문제점들을 파악한 후, 이를 개선할 수 있는 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study aims to develop the indicators to evaluate archival information service environments for the disabled in archives. Based on the barrier-free authentication indicators, the study analyzed the main concepts of archival information services and the service movement lines of users in archives. The study developed new indicators to evaluate records and information service environments by synthesizing all the concepts of information services, service movement lines, barrier-free authentication indicators and the regulations related to archival information services. The study can contribute to find out core problems of service environments in archives through utilizing the new indicators and scales, and to suggest alternatives to improve the environmental conditions for the disabled.
