지역 생활체육 활동을 통한 다문화가족의 문화적응: 문화기술학적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화가족의 중심을 이루고 있는 이주여성들을 중심으로 이들의 가정이 문화의 부적응과 문제점을 자녀들과 자신들의 지역 생활체육 참가를 통하여 어떻게 극복해 나가는가를 분석하는데 있다. 더 나아가서는 이러한 비언어적인 삶의 문화활동으로서의 지역 생활체육이 다문화가족의 사회문제를 해결하는데 어떠한 기여를 할 수 있을 것인가의 그 가능성을 탐구하였다.
본 연구는 다문화가족의 문화적응과정을 Spradley의 문화기술적 연구방법을 사용하여 연구계획 수립 후 연구 진행 가능성을 확보하기 위해 먼저 예비조사를 실시한 후, 자료수집 단계에서는 심층면담과 참여관찰을 통하여 자료를 수집할 것이며, 이 과정에서 부족하거나 확인이 필요한 사항은 2차 자료수집을 통하여 보완하였다. 이러한 분석 결과들이 본 연구의 주제와 관련된 연구문제들을 규명하는데 적합한 결과들인지를 전문가 검증과 평가를 통하여 확인한 후 보고서를 작성하였다.
본 연구에서 나타난 결과은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 지역 생활체육참가를 통한 문화적 차이 인식에서 언어와 문화적 차이에 대해 인식, 일상생활과 문화적 차이에 대한 인식, 가족관계와 문화적 차이에 대한 인식에 따른 결과로 나타났다.
둘째, 지역 생활체육참가를 통한 문화적 갈등 극복에서 일상생활에서의 어려움과 갈등 극복, 자문화와 한국문화간 갈등 극복, 대인관계에서의 위축과 소외 극복, 가족관계에서의 갈등 극복에 결과로 나타났다.
셋째, 지역 생활체육참가를 통한 문화적응 기재에서 한국문화의 수용을 위한 노력, 자문화와 한국문화의 절충을 위한 노력, 차별을 극복하려는 노력, 다양한 친구관계 형성과 유지를 위한 노력의 결과로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to analyze how migrant women who form the core of multicultural families overcome their families’ cultural maladjustment and other problems through daily life sports in which they and their children participate. And it explored the possibility of the regional daily life sports as cultural activities of non-verbal life cultural activities to contribute to solving social issues of multicultural families.
In this research, the research plan was established by using the culture-technological research methodology of Spradley for making researches on cultural adjustment process of multicultural families and then to secure the research proceeding feasibility, the preliminary investigation was conducted, and in the data collection stages, the data were collected through in-depth interviews and participating observations and the matters that were insufficient or needed to be confirmed in the course of this were supplemented through second collection of data. After confirming whether the results of this research are appropriate to examine the research questions related to the theme of this research through the experts’ test and evaluation, I prepared the report.
The conclusion of this research derived through these methods is as follows.
First, in the recognition of cultural differences through participating in regional daily life sports, it was found to be the results in accordance with the recognition of difference in language and culture, the recognition of difference in daily life and culture, and the recognition of difference in family relations and culture.
Second, in overcoming cultural conflict trough participating in regional daily life sports, it was found to be the results of overcoming difficulties and conflict in daily life, overcoming the conflict between their own culture and Korean culture, overcoming the sense of shrinking and alienation in human relations, and overcoming the conflicts in family relations.
Third, it was found to be the efforts to accommodate Korean culture in cultural adaptation through regional daily life sports, the efforts to compromise their own culture with Korean culture, the efforts to overcome discrimination, and the efforts to form and maintain diverse friendly relations.
