사회과교육에서 인문학 구현의 필요성 고찰 = The study on Humanities` Significance for Social studies Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study aims to search the significance of Humanities to Social studies education. Whole societies focus on humanistic approach to solve problems each encounters. It shows that Humanities draw every field attention. There are few researches in Education, which suggests Humanities could be the one of the view to reflect the subject area and be consisted as contents for the subject. Social studies education is based on Social sciences that tends to emphasize scientific ways which made it lost the original purpose of education. Humanities can reveals the essence of Social studies education in the context of both education and life. Education respects values and goals to build ``human``. And orientations as ``human`` could compose the education. Consequentially Humanities can be magnified the main purpose of Social studies education.
