고객지향성 확보를 위한 지적행정서비스의 인식차이에 관한 연구 - 지적직 공무원과 주민을 중심으로 = A Study on the Perceptional Difference of Cadastral Administration Service to ensure Customer Orientation -With the emphasis of Cadastral Official and Civilian-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구의 목적은 지적행정서비스를 제공하는 지적직공무원과 서비스의 수혜자인 주민 간의 서비스에 대한 인식차이를 분석함으로써 양질의 지적행정서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 정책적 시사점을 제사하고자 함이다.<BR>  선행연구를 통한 분석요인에는 고객(주민)만족, 대응성, 신뢰성, 커뮤니케이션, 편리성, 평가 및 환류가 있다. 분석결과, 전반적인 인식도부터 분석변수들간에 지적직공무원과 주민간의 인식차이가 통계적으로 유의미하게 분석되었다.<BR>  고객지향성의 확보를 위해서는 첫째, 고객지향성 확보를 위해서는 무엇보다 먼저 사고 및 인식의 전환이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 지적행성서비스의 개선노력이 요구된다. 셋째, 지적행정이 고객지향적 서비스로 발전하려면 주민들과의 커뮤니케이션이 잘 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 지적행정서비스의 주기적인 평가와 환류가 요구되며, 또한 지적행성서비스에 대한 주민들의 신뢰성이 확보되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The purpose of this study was to analyze the degree of the perceptional difference concerning customer-orientation of cadastral officers and customers (civilians) in order to ensure the customer-orientation successfully. This study intended to measure the true successfulness of customer-oriented management recognized by customers (civilians) towards cadastral officers. The factors employed to analyze were customer"s satisfaction, responsiveness, trust, communication, convenience, and appraisement.<BR>  In order to ensure the customer-orientation successfully, Cadastral officers must demand the mind of customer-orientation, the improvement of the cadastral administration service, partner-ship with civilians, systemic improvement of appraisement, and trust.
