기초자치단체 문화재단의 역할증대와 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 지방자치단체에서의 설립이 급증하고 있는 문화재단의 역할증대를 통한 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상 방안을 다루고 있다. 문화재단의 사업은 공연과 전시를 넘어서 지역에서 전해져오는 지역만의 문화적 전통과 예술적 자산을 반영한 지역의 정체성을 포함한 지역문화와 문화도시로 까지 영역을 넓히고 있다. 문화재단이 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 역할로 지역민의 생활 속 문화예술 개념도입, 지역정체성을 반영한 문화콘텐츠 개발, 지역 예술가들의 역량 개발 지원, 지역 문화발전 협력, 지역문화 소통의 장 제공등을 들 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of life of local residents by increasing the role of the Culture Foundation. Beyond performances and exhibitions, the Cultural Foundation`s business is expanding to include local cultural and cultural cities, including local identities reflecting local cultural traditions and artistic assets.
